The ideal candidate will have professional English skills and be confident initiating conversations with native English speakers.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting salaried positions
- Experience using sourcing tools like Indeed Resume Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms
- Professional English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Extroverted personality and confidence initiating conversations with new people
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
