Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist plays a vital support role within the recruitment process by handling back-office coordination tasks for U.S.-based hiring, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or back-office support roles
- Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment processes is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working across time zones
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
