Industry Principal Lead - Utilities

Flexware Innovation is seeking an Industry Principal Lead - Utilities to shape and execute the company's Utilities industry vision, offerings, and go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will combine deep utilities domain expertise with engineering, automation, digital, and business consulting knowledge to develop differentiated solutions, strengthen executive client relationships, and guide internal teams in delivering resilient, compliant, and high-value outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in new sales activities and client acquisition
• Solid English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of the “Vertical” Industry that you are leading
• Experience selling engineering, software, industrial automation, or operational technology solution services to the manufacturing industry
