Job Description
Fliff is a social sports gaming company looking for a Human Resource Administrator to support core people processes and deliver a great experience for Bulgarian employees and Global contractors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or Recruiting
- Comfortable working with HR/ATS tools (Lever and Rippling/Gusto a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language plus)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global startup environment
- Friendly, approachable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed
