Human Resource Administrator

Fliff is looking for an HR Administrator to support core people processes and deliver a great experience for Bulgarian employees and Global contractors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or Recruiting.
• Comfortable working with HR/ATS tools (Lever and Rippling/Gusto a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language plus).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
