Job Description
FlightSafety International seeks a Manager, Accounting Operations to manage operational accounting functions, lead a team of five individuals, and work with Financial Leadership to improve processes and create a more efficient Collections workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 5+ years of experience in Collections/Operations
- 3+ years of management experience
- Proven ability to lead a team of professionals
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to explain complex financial data in clear, straightforward language
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports
- Proven ability to overcome obstacles and get results
- Displayed ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
