Job Description
The FlightSafety Defense Program Manager is a customer-focused position responsible for the management and execution of DoD programs, leading multi-functional teams and coordinating across business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 or more years of project/program management or related experience
- Self-starter with proven leadership ability and demonstrated success working with limited supervision
- Ability to use internal process of Risk Management and a demonstrated understanding of the value of identifying and managing program risks
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and associated monthly business rhythms
- Experience with the production MRP system
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
