Job Description
Parry Labs is seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead and grow a high-performing team of program managers, delivering integrated solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) customers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in defense program execution, a passion for technical excellence, and an ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the Department of Defense or Aerospace industry
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, or similar)
- At least 10 years of experience managing complex technical programs or projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple program portfolios
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of earned value management (EVM) and financial forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable in dynamic, high-tempo environments
- Self-starter capable of working independently or remotely with minimal supervision
- Ability to support travel up to 30%
