Program Manager

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Program Manager to lead programs that power mission-critical technology. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with experience in managing programs/projects for military or aerospace applications. The role involves managing programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring compliance with financial, technical, and contractual requirements, and driving resolution of technical issues. The Program Manager will also be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities within key accounts and supporting proposal efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines
• 2-5 years of experience managing programs/projects for military or aerospace applications
• PMP certification, Master's degree, or MBA (advantage)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project; ERP/MRP experience preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
