Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for leading program execution across the full lifecycle—from proposal and planning through production, delivery, and closeout. The role ensures program performance meets customer, quality, cost, and schedule expectations while coordinating cross-functional activities within engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 3–5+ years of program or project management experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or high-reliability industries
• Strong knowledge of program management tools, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
