Job Description
FLiiP is seeking a full-stack content marketing manager to lead the creation and scaling of their content engine. This is a remote role based in Montreal, Quebec, with a focus on content for commercial gyms and multi-location operators. The role involves owning the full content lifecycle, creating content across various formats, leveraging AI tools, and collaborating with various teams. The company is rapidly scaling and looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in content marketing or content creation
- Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies
- Hands-on experience creating content in multiple formats (written, short-form, social, email, and video)
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and HubSpot
- Comfortable using AI tools
- A strong portfolio of content
- Proactive, self-managing, and motivated by impact
