Job Description
FLiiP is seeking a Full-Stack Content Marketing Manager to lead their content engine and build a scalable system. This is a 100% remote, Canada-based position focused on creating content for commercial gym operators in the U.S. and Canada. The role involves owning the full content lifecycle, experimenting with AI tools, and collaborating with various teams to deliver valuable content that drives business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in content marketing or content creation
- Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies
- Hands-on experience creating content across multiple formats
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and HubSpot
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Strong portfolio of content
- Proactive and self-managing
- Strong collaboration skills
