Branch Manager (m/v/d)

We're looking for an experienced leader to manage and optimize the operational flow of our hub, ensuring efficient processes and high performance from our team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an operational role with a focus on process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with strong skills in coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
• Available to work full-time
