Branch Manager (m/v/d)

Flink is looking for a Branch Manager to optimize operations and manage teams. The role involves managing operational flow, leading a team of shift leads, ensuring customer experience, recruiting and training new staff, and maintaining schedules.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an operational role with a focus on process optimisation and team management
• Experience managing a team with strong skills in coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback
• Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
• Availability to work fulltime
