Branch Manager (m/v/d)

Manage and optimize operational flow, lead a team of 3-5 shift leads, ensure customer experience, recruit and train new staff, and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an operational role
• Experience managing a team and coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
