Flink is looking for a hands-on team leader to join their dynamic organization. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of orderpickers and riders, ensuring service, productivity, and safety during your shift. The salary is between €2400 and €2550 per month, and you will have development and career opportunities.

Requirements

• Hands-on team lead who leads by example and guides orderpickers and riders
• Experience in operations, logistics, retail, and/or catering sector
• Ability to remain calm and motivate team members
