Teamleider (m/v/d)

We are looking for a hands-on team leader to lead our team in operations and ensure the correct execution of processes in the branch. The ideal candidate has managerial experience, enjoys working with people, and is able to stimulate and motivate their team. Salary: €2400 - €2550 per month, 20% discount on Flink groceries, 25 vacation days.

Requirements

• Manage a team of orderpickers and riders
• Ensure correct execution of processes in the branch
• Lead by example and guide team members
• Assist with inventory, equipment, and hygiene tasks
• Provide training to new team members
