Teamleider (m/v/d)

We're looking for a hands-on team lead to join our operations team. You'll be responsible for leading by example, guiding orderpickers and riders, and ensuring service, productivity, and safety during your shift.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a team lead or supervisor
• Operational managerial experience in logistics, retail, and/or catering sector
• Ability to stimulate and motivate team members
• Availability for at least 16 hours
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
