Teamleider (m/v/d)

We are looking for a hands-on team leader who leads by example and guides orderpickers and riders. You will be responsible for service, productivity, and safety during your shift, and contribute to the common goal of delivering orders within minutes.

Requirements

• Hands-on team leader experience as a supervisor or in another operational managerial role
• Ability to lead others and stimulate and motivate the team
• Experience in logistics, retail, and/or catering sector (preferable)
• Availability for at least 24 hours
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
