Job Description
Flinks is introducing an Engineering Manager (EM) role to strengthen engineering execution, performance management, and organizational health across multiple product squads. The role acts as a people and execution leadership layer between the VP, Product & Engineering and our engineering ICs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in modern SaaS environments
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineers, including senior ICs
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to coach engineers without owning architecture decisions
- Experience using metrics and operational data to improve engineering execution
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments
