Engineering Manager - Gestionnaire en ingénierie

Flinks is looking for an Engineering Manager to strengthen engineering execution, performance management, and organizational health across multiple product squads. The role will oversee a team of 10-15 engineers and is responsible for ensuring that engineering teams operate effectively, predictably, and sustainably.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in modern SaaS environments
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineers, including senior ICs
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to coach engineers without owning architecture decisions
• Experience using metrics and operational data to improve engineering execution
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments
