Job Description
Flinks is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager - Payments to lead the end-to-end technical integration process for clients adopting our enterprise Payments products. As a leader in Open Finance in Canada, Flinks connects to 15,000+ financial institutions across North America and powers over 1M monthly connections.
Requirements
- Lead the integration process for clients adopting our enterprise Payments products
- Act as the primary technical contact and work closely with clients, commercial teams, and internal tech teams to deliver reliable, scalable payment solutions
- Manage risks, including compliance, security, and technical challenges, and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure a smooth handover to Relationship Managers and Technical Account Managers
- Track key metrics and monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and completion rates
