Payments Product Manager

Innovative is looking for a Payments Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle for payments products, develop a deep understanding of customer needs, and partner with engineering, operations, and revenue stakeholders to design and deliver enhancements across payment methods and rails.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant product management experience within payments, fintech, or financial services
• Strong understanding of different types of payment rails
• Working knowledge of international payments
• Genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
