Job Description
The Technical Service Manager leads the technical interface between Flint Group and key customers in the Narrow Web Segment, overseeing technical support activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful product implementation and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical role supporting narrow web flexographic and/or gravure printing
- Proven experience with water based and UV based inks and coatings used in labels and packaging
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer facing technical engagements and manage technical projects independently
