Superintendent

Flintco is a construction company that values the quality and growth of its people. We are seeking a Superintendent to lead assigned commercial projects and maximize profits. The role offers a full-time position in NW Arkansas or a travelling position with per diem benefits.

Requirements

• Exercise direct supervision over assigned projects from start to finish
• Provide direction, leadership, and guidance to employees and subcontractors
• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of work to complete projects in a timely and economical manner
• Maximize profits on assigned projects
• Understand and enforce company safety policies
• Employ or discharge workmen and intermediate foremen as needed
• Conduct meetings with subordinates, subcontractors, and others
• Approve or disapprove invoices and monies spent on the job
• Inspect the work of employees and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all federally mandated policies and laws regarding equal employment opportunity
