Superintendent

Flintco is a construction company that employs over 800 people in 8 cities. The company is looking for a Superintendent to oversee commercial projects and provide direction, leadership, and guidance to employees and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Prepare detailed construction projects plans, schedules, and estimates
• Read and interpret construction drawings, show drawings, and specifications
• Calculate square footage, volumes, and percentages using a personal computer or calculator
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Prepare and update project schedules, transmittals, and submittals using personal computer software
• Manage large groups of personnel and accomplish desired results through subordinate levels of management with little or no supervision
