Flix is seeking an ERP Inhouse Consultant to design, build, and maintain HR solutions with Workday and other HR systems. The role involves supervising and developing the existing HR environment, finding improvements, and implementing them, as well as supporting the technical and functional implementation of processes using Workday, Greenhouse, and further systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar
- At least 3 years professional experience as a Business Analyst / Administrator / Consultant for Workday
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting
- Experience in following modules: Compensation, 3rd-Party Payroll Integration, Talent & Performance or Absences, Workday Integrations
- Fluency in English; any other European language is a plus
