Workday HR Consultant (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled Workday HR Consultant to design, build, and maintain HR solutions with Workday and other HR systems. You will be part of our team of in-house HR consultants and collaborate with HR, IT infrastructure, and different internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms.

Requirements

• Supervise and develop the existing HR environment
• Support the technical and functional implementation of processes using Workday, Greenhouse, and further systems
• Accompany system and acceptance tests and document these thoroughly
• Build up a trustful relationship to the project participants
• Represent a competent contact
• Own the expansion of the current Workday implementation with customizations that support a fast-growing company
