Job Description
We are looking for a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions that are fit for purpose. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base, building relationships with customers, and training end-users.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions
- Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions
- Expertise in translating client business requirements into Workday configuration options
- Experience in advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices
- Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology
- Demonstrated functional experience across the project lifecycle
- Effective prioritization of tasks and ability to manage personal time efficiently
