Senior Workday Consultant

The Senior Workday Consultant will lead functional areas, drive the scope, definition, and delivery of Workday solutions for our global customer base. They will build relationships with customers to understand their needs and be responsible for coaching junior consultants and participating in pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of Human Capital Management.
• Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge and design HR solutions, in line with client's expectations.
• Translate client's requirements into possible configuration options.
• Advise customers on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementation.
