Job Description
Eaton Square is seeking a skilled Dayforce Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of Dayforce across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Workforce Management modules.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Dayforce
- Strong functional expertise in at least two Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, HR, WFM)
- Proven experience leading client-facing implementation projects
- Deep understanding of HR, payroll operations, compliance, and workforce management processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
