We are seeking a skilled Dayforce Implementation Senior Consultant to join our highly successful and expanding Eaton Square Consulting Department. The role requires deep functional expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Dayforce solutions.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Dayforce.
- Strong functional expertise in at least two Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, HR, WFM).
- Proven experience leading client-facing implementation projects.
- Deep understanding of HR, payroll operations, compliance, and workforce management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
