Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Minimum four years of experience in a customer service role, account management, or administrative support related to clients
- Excellent communication in French and English, both orally and in writing
- Ease with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and various organizational information systems
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and perform updates with precision and consistency
