Requirements
- Post-secondary education in any relevant field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent French and English communication skills
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite and ease in a highly automated work environment
- Ability to perform level 1 diagnostics and navigate effectively in various technological tools
- Excellent stress management and ability to evolve in a dynamic environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Customer-oriented approach and developed service sense
- Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously with rigor and professionalism
