This is a structuring and strategic role that aims to ensure a long-term, coherent, and durable vision of customer data beyond point initiatives.

• Define, maintain, and evolve customer data management rules and processes
• Implement systems, tools, and solutions to ensure a clean and optimal data environment
• Identify, analyze, and address recurring exceptions to correct underlying causes at the rule and process levels
• Collaborate with operational, IT, and customer service teams to ensure data consistency and quality
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer data governance frameworks
