Technicien(ne) surveillance de réseau

You will be responsible for monitoring the network status and taking necessary actions to restore service in a dynamic environment, ensuring the availability of the network and offering an optimal experience for users.

Requirements

• Monitor the network status of charging stations
• Investigate and document anomalies or alarms detected on the network
• Create incident or troubleshooting tickets, prioritize, and escalate to appropriate resources
• Ensure close follow-up on open tickets with various stakeholders to obtain resolution in the shortest possible time
• Collaborate closely with the customer experience department to communicate the evolution and resolution of the problem
• Actively participate in improving and evolving internal processes
