We're looking for a Creative Strategist (Video) to craft video paid UA campaigns that drive results and capture attention. The role involves analysing performance data, writing creative briefs, and guiding the creative process. The ideal candidate has experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing, and a portfolio showing data-driven creative concepts.
Requirements
- 2+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing roles
- Portfolio showing data-driven creative concepts that delivered measurable results
- Deep understanding of paid social creative performance and testing methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Curiosity for new formats, cultural trends, and emerging AI creative tools
- An obsession with results
