We're looking for a Creative Strategist (Video) to craft video paid UA campaigns that capture attention and drive results. The ideal candidate combines sharp strategic judgement, creative flair, and strong leadership to turn performance data into fresh breakthrough creative concepts.
Requirements
- 2+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing roles
- A portfolio showing data-driven creative concepts that delivered measurable results
- Deep understanding of paid social creative performance and testing methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and a natural ability to craft ideas for a global audience
- Familiarity with creative production workflows
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace)
- Curiosity for new formats, cultural trends, and emerging AI creative tools
