Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor directs and oversees the warehouse operations of each retail store, supervising warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators. The role involves daily scheduling, maintenance, inventory control, safety programs, and employee training.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments
- Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines
