FloQast is looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead talent acquisition initiatives and drive hiring strategies that support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for strategic recruiting within a B2B/SaaS company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference in strategic recruiting within a B2B/SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional sourcing skills, with expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other advanced sourcing tools
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building relationships and influencing outcomes
- Highly organized, with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
