Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize the maintenance function at our Hugoton plant. In this role, you’ll oversee all equipment and technical operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including aseptic and wet manufacturing experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing people and projects.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across equipment and automation systems.
• Experience with TPM/WCM methodologies.
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP CMMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to reduce costs, manage timelines, and drive long-term improvements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to build and inspire teams.
