The Administrative Specialist oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the College of Arts & Sciences and the Water School Advising Office. The role involves providing administrative support, supervising assigned support staff, and fulfilling administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions
• Experience operating a personal computer and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
