Job Description
The Surgery Scheduler is responsible for accurate scheduling of surgeries as directed by the physician, ensuring that all patient demographic information is obtained correctly at the time of the surgery. The role serves as a liaison between the hospital, patient and physician.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Minimum of three years surgery scheduling experience
- Medical Assistant Certification or Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred
