They are seeking a Staff Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable data services, forming the backbone of their fan experiences. This role will focus on data engineering, backend engineering, and cloud engineering, contributing to the development of an efficient and reliable platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience with a focus on backend and data engineering.
• Proven experience designing and operating distributed data systems using a microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Track record of writing high-quality, maintainable code across multiple services and teams.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor engineers.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
