Regional Patient Recruitment Lead - Clinical Research

Flourish Research is looking for motivated, talented, creative individuals to join our Patient Engagement and Marketing division as Regional Patient Recruitment Leads. This role leads site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals, optimize funnel performance, and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Requirements

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team
• Achieve study enrollment goals and assigned revenue targets
• Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies
