Regional Patient Recruitment Lead - Clinical Research

Flourish Research is looking for a motivated, talented, creative individual to lead patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple clinical research sites within a defined region. The Regional Recruitment Lead is responsible for driving patient recruitment and engagement strategies, leading site-level teams, and achieving enrollment goals.

Requirements

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team
• Achieve study enrollment goals and assigned revenue targets
• Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies, including community partnerships, physician referrals, and patient databases
