Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience in industrial plastics, fluid handling, or mechanical systems
• Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of high-performance materials over traditional metal systems
• Confident communication skills to navigate boardrooms and construction sites
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on complex project quotes
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and digital scheduling tools
• Valid driver’s license and enjoyment for being in the field and meeting customers face-to-face
