Sales Manager

Develop and execute sales strategy, manage sales team, and identify growth opportunities in key verticals. Act as executive point of contact for key strategic accounts and drive consultative selling and solution-based engagement.

Requirements

• Extensive sales, marketing, and operations experience in the Automation Industry
• 10+ years leading, developing, and coaching outside sales teams
• Proven track record of hiring and building high-performance sales teams
• Strong Business Development acumen
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with an established network
• Proficient computer and technical skills, including Salesforce and MS Office 365
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, and/or related experience
