Shipping Assistant

Flow Control Group is seeking a Shipping Assistant to perform core warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professional presentation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a team-based warehouse environment and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
• Perform core warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related systems
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, stocking, and inventory control activities
• Verify outbound shipments to ensure correct products, documentation, and customer-requested shipping services
• Handle international shipments and hazardous materials in compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures
• Track and maintain shipment records
