Compliance Officer, Regulatory

Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join its Regulatory Compliance team in Amsterdam. The role involves advising on regulatory requirements, assessing impact, and implementing changes to ensure seamless integration with the firm's trading strategies and operational processes.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance within a financial markets environment.
• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong and demonstrable knowledge of the European regulatory framework (Wft, MiFID II / MiFIR, EMIR, MAR, SSR, DORA, etc.).
• Proven experience in drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Experience interacting directly with regulators and managing regulatory inspections or audits.
• Experience advising business stakeholders in a global financial or exchange-trading environment.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and financial markets.
• Experience performing regulatory impact assessments and compliance risk analysis.
• Digital assets knowledge is an advantage.
